What does the word „success” mean?

In case if you would ask people, what does the word „success” mean to them, I’m pretty sure that 99% would say something like: promotion at work, new car, bigger house, etc. Ask me and I’ll say that success is giving a goal to others. Motivating them to get out there to the forest and train day by day. Train regardless of it being cold or warm, sunny or rainy. That’s success to me.
