
BHTCS in summertime
Since yesterday’s route did not provide any opportunity to refill water, I had to prepare. I started out with two 6dl soft flasks in the backpack, one held in hand, filled with ananas-coconut flavoured iso. I opted for drink gels instead of regular ones: true, they are heavier, but one does not have to drink so much after their consumption. The three salt tablets I ate were probably not enough because I’ve been devouring salty food all afternoon afterwards. I wouldn’t even want to list all the stuff I gobbled down…
