
The recipe
The recipe is the following: Take one person, dress them up, give them shoes, a cap and finally a backpack. Send them to train as often as possible. Make them run, swim, practice yoga and spinning. Provide them enough food and drink, and send them to bed early. Pick a race and register them. Stand them to the starting line, pour some extra adrenaline on them, count down then make them run. Ask them to run as fast as they can, pay attention to the markings and to not get lost. Offer them some snacks and beverages while on the way. Lead them along muddy trails and dry ones, through the forest, across the fields. After they finished, give them a bath and some food. When at home, send them photos, so that they only have to write: Hello Pap-rét Trail, 28.5K, 1116M+, 3h 47m, 33rd place.
